WHO AM I?
A member of the Marseille Bar Association, I began my career in Paris before joining the law firm Thelys Avocats.
I hold a Master’s degree in Economic Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, where I received rigorous training in business law. I then specialized in digital law and intellectual property as part of Professor Sirinelli’s Master 2 program in Creative and Digital Law (also at Paris 1 University).
Before practicing as a lawyer, I had the opportunity to work in various structures, including government (Cinema Ombudsman), the courts (Paris Court of Appeal), and the legal department of Samsung Electronics France. These experiences have enabled me to understand legal issues from several angles and to comprehend the challenges faced by the organizations I advise.
Attached to my home region, I decided to join Thelys Avocats in order to be able to support companies and their managers in the development of their projects in my areas of expertise.
Outside of my profession as a lawyer, I am passionate about sports, particularly swimming and yoga: perseverance and dynamism are character traits that define me as an athlete and a professional.
MY EXPERTISE:
I mainly work in the following areas:
Intellectual property (trademark law, patent law, and copyright law), both in an advisory capacity and in litigation. In this capacity, I assist companies in identifying and securing their intellectual property rights.
This involves managing trademark or patent portfolios, from filing to monitoring these assets, including the exploitation agreements necessary for the life of the company (assignment agreements, license agreements, etc.). In the event of an infringement of these rights, I take action to initiate pre-litigation proceedings (formal notice, bailiff’s report) or subsequently in cases of infringement, unfair competition, or parasitic competition.
In contractual matters, I analyze and negotiate IT contracts on behalf of clients or suppliers (integration and maintenance contracts, SaaS contracts in particular) as well as commercial contracts (service agreements, partnership agreements, general terms and conditions of sale or purchase).
When it comes to personal data, I assist companies and public institutions with the various stages of GDPR compliance (assessment, gap analysis, action plan, and preparation of mandatory documentation such as processing records, privacy policies, and cookie policies).
In commercial law, I handle commercial litigation (e.g., breach of non-competition clauses, unpaid invoices) and commercial leases.

My two watchwords when working with clients are high standards and trust.
High standards, because as an expert, I feel responsible for thoroughly understanding my clients’ expectations and context in order to advise them as best I can and put my technical skills at their service.
Trust, because the human aspect is very important in the legal profession: building a positive and lasting relationship with my clients is essential for providing high-quality support.
Finally, I chose to join Thelys Avocats because I am committed to working as part of a team in order to compare my views and practices with those of others, with a view to constant progress and improvement.
